Talking Politics - Events to Help you Make an Informed Decision

The mission of Nourish New Canaan is to improve the health of our community, which requires the support of our political leaders.  Even if you have no interest in politics, please take a moment to consider that the quality of life we enjoy is at stake.  Our property values depend on the reputation of our schools, the viability of downtown businesses and the strength of the infrastructure of our town.  To that end, I encourage everyone - regardless of his/her political affiliation to meet the candidates for first selectman, selectman and other offices, get your questions answered and make an informed decision.  (NOTE: The winners of the Republican nominations will go on to face any Democratic or independent challengers in November’s election.  Democrats do not have a nomination deadline, so no candidates have announced campaigns yet.)
